Geogrid creates new Estimating department to reduce bid times and increase customer satisfaction

Geogrid Retaining Wall Systems, Inc., the nation’s leading installer of Keystone segmental retaining wall products has reorganized and created a new Estimating department committed to reduce turnaround time on bids and raise the standard for customer service in its industry.

Forrest Armentrout has been selected to head up this initiative as Vice President of Estimating. Mr. Armentrout joined Geogrid in 1985 as one of its first sales representatives. Forrest’s commitment to customer service has played a large role in Geogrid’s success. “Forrest’s experience and skills as an estimator will provide leadership for this newly formed department to ensure that Geogrid can create accurate estimates as quickly as possible, and thereby increase customer satisfaction,” states Geogrid President Mike Stevenson.
